Fix for Quarto after Google Chrome headless mode update

Background

Quarto version 1.6.39 is broken by a change to Google Chrome Version 132.0.6834.160 (Official Build) (arm64). The change to Google Chrome headless mode is reported here: Chrome Headless mode
Download old Headless Chrome as chrome-headless-shell
Quarto developers report that a temporary fix is available. For more information, see Transition to Chrome new headless mode #10532

Command line interface fix

On my MacOS Sequoia with Quarto version 1.6.39, and Google Chrome version 132.0.6834.160 (Official Build) (arm64), I was able to fix the issue, and render my Quarto project with the command line

QUARTO_CHROMIUM_HEADLESS_MODE=new quarto render --profile pptx

where pptx is the name of the Quarto project profile.
